"Throughout the negotiations and purchase process of our home in Carlisle, Chris demonstrated very high levels of ingenuity, knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and patience. Without her, we would not have the house we are now enjoying!"

"My husband and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, upbeat, patient or hard-working Realtor than Chris Elrod when we embarked on a home search for our life-changing relocation to Franklin, TN. She is the consummate Realtor; we would recommend her services to our family and friends and all others without hesitation."

A Tale of Two Prisons
The old, old jail
They were best of jails; they were the worst of jails. And in them were housed a notorious murdering mother-and-son duo along with a constant circulation of local moonshiners.
There was the old jail and the old, old jail. The old, old jail was built in 1905 for $10,000.
The old jail has been home to several restaurants including Monells and Battleground Brewery, and currently is home to an event venue called The McConnell House.
Hopefully Jason McConnell, the new owner of this big house, has the the key to unlocking permanent success. So far, it seems as if he has the recipe for culinary success as the proud restauranteur of two other restaurants in Franklin, The Red Pony and Cork & Cow.
